 Judith is our main go to person when it comes to client relationships. For twenty-five years she had her own company, Judith Shepherd Inc, which represented some of the world's best commercial photographers. A roster that included Walter Bibikow, Peter Bosch, Alan Brooks, Dennis Gotlieb, Edward Holub, Howard Menken, Menken-Seltzer, Judd Pilassof, Barry Seidman, Bill Stettner, Mark Thomas and Pete Turner.
As one of the top representatives in NYC Judith was also a member of SPAR -- The Society for Photographer and Artists Representatives. She served as the SPAR President for two year, Vice-President for six years and on the Advisory Committee for two more. Judith was also a Board Member for six years on the Joint Ethics Committee. Needless to say she knows how to work with others.
In 1980 and '81, Judith and Patrick Peduto were a partners in a venture called,
Ironically, Judith didn't start her life as a business type. She is an singer. One of four sisters who are considered among the pioneers of Rock-n-Roll. She's a bit shy about this so it will have to suffice that they recorded over fifty songs and had Gold Record sales of one of them. After her singing career she was a model with The Ford Agency. Life style choices moved her from in front of the camera and Judith Shepherd Inc was founded. |
